About me

"I spent six years in start-ups, watching firsthand what the world of work does to people. That experience is largely what led me to practice psychology."

Psychologist (RPPS n° 10109835404), graduate of Université Paris 8, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I practice in person in Lyon and via teleconsultation.

Before fully dedicating myself to this practice, I spent nearly six years in the heart of the French start-up ecosystem, in roles combining analysis, support, and organizational structuring. These experiences gave me a close-up view of the human stakes behind performance pressure, mental load, the difficulty of setting boundaries, and the invisible fatigue that builds up in demanding professional environments.

What I work on

People who come in for a first session often struggle to put words on what's wrong. They know something is off — at work, in their head, in their daily life — but not always exactly where.

That's often where it starts: a creeping exhaustion, anxiety running in loops, a feeling of no longer fitting in, difficulty setting boundaries. Not necessarily a crisis. Just something weighing on you.

I mainly work with adults on issues related to work and personal life — burnout, bore-out, stress, anxiety, loss of meaning, mental load, self-confidence, emotional regulation, work-life balance.

How I work

In the first session, I ask a lot of questions. My goal: understand where things are really stuck, where the distress lies. Not to slap on a label, but so we can define a concrete goal together — and above all, check that we can work well together. Because the relationship matters as much as the method.

I work with directness, sometimes humor, and above all a real exchange — not a therapist's monologue from behind a desk. Sessions are built around what you actually live through, not abstract theory.

My framework is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a brief, scientifically validated approach that works on the link between what we think, feel, and do. Not to "stay positive" or erase what's difficult, but to understand what's really going on and find concrete levers for improvement.

What matters to me is helping you develop your own tools for understanding yourself — so you no longer need me.
