Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT starts from a simple idea: what we think, what we feel and what we do constantly influence one another. By working on these links, we can loosen what keeps the distress going.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a structured, scientifically validated form of therapy. It does not try to "stay positive" or erase what is difficult, but to understand what is at play and find concrete levers to feel better.
It is these links, these patterns of thought, that we learn to spot together, and then to change.
My aim is for you to leave with your own tools for understanding yourself, so that you no longer need me.
I mainly work with adults on issues related to work and personal life: burnout, bore-out, stress, anxiety, loss of meaning, mental load, self-confidence, emotional regulation, work-life balance.
The first session is precisely there to check that this framework fits what you are looking for. If it doesn't, I will tell you.
The first session lasts 45 minutes, with no commitment beyond this first appointment.
